Little League Magazine is published by Major League Baseball

Welcome to the Bethesda Little League where "we play hardball". We have only one high quality youth baseball offering --- a very fun and competitive little league "majors" division of ten kid pitch "real hardball" sponsored teams which are composed of 10 - 12 year old Montgomery County players that simply just love to play baseball. Our sharp uniformed (real MLB gear) and well coached baseball teams play an average of about 13 regular season games (usually two games per week -- at the coolest "little league approved" youth baseball field in the county) during the ten week long spring season. Our entire baseball league is 100% grass roots volunteer service operated and fully takes advantage of the top notch guidance, support, training and official league resources offered by Little League International headquarters in Williamsport, PA. At the end of the fantastic spring season we have an old fashioned league championship followed by the selection of three (10u/11u/12u) all star teams that play and compete in the awesome Little League World Series Tournament. Each August there are more than fifty Little League Tournament games on ESPN and ABC television. Please join us for spring 2012 season (5th anniversary season) starting with the opening day "family fun" celebration at 9am (followed by 5 games) on Saturday April 7th, 2012

Player registration is accomplished online. Please click the link above to register your little slugger. A PLAYER MUST BE REGISTERED ONLINE PRIOR TO ATTENDING THE TRYOUTS. Tryouts are only for team parity purposes. They will take place in late February 2012 (indoors at Georgetown Prep Hanley Center).
All registrants will be placed on a team.
The following rules MUST be met for complete registration -
1. A player must live in boundary area. See boundary section of this website
2. Must be 10-12 years old on 4/30/12 -- FOR 2012 SPRING SEASON
3. Must provide paperwork as listed on the "forms and papers" page of this website
4. NO REFUNDS ON ANY REQUESTS MADE AFTER 10/15/09 (2010 SEASON) OR 10/15/10 (2011 SEASON) OR
10/15/11 (2012 SEASON)
